All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • We deliver across India.

  • The estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.

3. Delivery Charges

  • We offer free delivery for above 300/- rupees purchase

  • If the total purchase is below 300/- rupees then there is 49/- rupees delivery charge

4. Delays

Delivery might be delayed due to:

  • High demand

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service delay

  • Remote location delivery

We’ll notify you in case of significant delays.

5. Tracking

If tracking is available, we will share the tracking ID via WhatsApp or email once the order is dispatched.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
